Expat Mobile is the only provider exclusively focused on serving the Expat Community of The Netherlands. And since you are used to the excellent partners of The Guest Card, you can be assured that our only goal is to make your life in The Netherlands as comfortable and happy as possible.
You are able to receive your mobile phone sim card on the day of your arrival!
When you are coming into The Netherlands, you want to be able to use a phone as soon as possible. With Expat Mobile you can order your sim card(s) through internet. We don't start with asking you bank account numbers etc.; you can arrange that when you have arrived. Just order the sim card by internet and pay online with Pay Pal. On the day of your arrival your sim card will be waiting for you at the address you submitted to us.
We will ask a deposit that will be used as first payment for your calls. If you have arranged your Dutch bank account, and you have conceiyed the number to us, we will start to bill you on a monthly basis. Before that time you can use your down payment. If you have used the deposit before having a Dutch bank account, we will ask you to pay another deposit through Pay Pal. It's as simple as that! The only thing we want is for you to be able to use a mobile phone as soon as you arrive.
You pay the lowest rates in mobile phoning.
Expats arriving in The Netherlands want to use a mobile phone right away. Since they have to wait for the bank account number, they first settle for a pre-paid card that seems cheap. But when you make international calls with that card, you pay a fortune.
Not with Expat Mobile. You call with the tariffs of a normal post-paid contract and at rates that are 10 to 85% cheaper then other providers.
Expat Mobile, like any other Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) buys sim cards in bulk at a very low cost price directly from Vodaphone. Since we keep all our overhead costs as low as possible, we are able to offer our card holders very low rates. No hidden 'catch', we just want the card holders of The Guest Card not to be overcharged.
When you leave The Netherlands, you can end your contract with Expat Mobile instantly.
Dutch always say: "a contract is a contract". And this is exactly what providers do when you ask to terminate your contract with them because you are leaving the country.
Not with Expat Mobile!
Just show a letter of your employer, stating that you are leaving the country, and you will be able to terminate your contract instantly.
