BOOT camp  
Since the weather is improving we recommend everyone to try a BOOT camp for only €5,-
NEW: Also on monday evenings at 7.30pm.

- Interactive 60min. workout program with a professional BOOT camp instructor
- A BOOT camp can be on the beach, sports hall or in the dunes of Scheveningen
- In groups of 10 to 15 people you will enhance your stamina, strength and agility
- You are constantly in action, working together and most of all having FUN

A try-out BOOT camp is €5,-. Our BOOT camp instructor welcomes you on any Saturday morning of your choice at 10am.
